Katy Perry celebrates her 25th birthday with a Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory extravaganza at Sunset Beach in Hollywood on Saturday (October 24).

Guests were required to wear white to the party and left with neon paint spattered all over them. Celebs in attendance included her boyfriend Russell Brand, Taylor Swift and Julianne Hough.

Other celebs in attendance and pictured below: Chuck star Zachary Levi, Eastwick actor Matt Dallas and Joel Moore, who played Katy’s date in her “Waking Up In Vegas” music video.
