Finale & FOOTLONG Campaign to save CHUCK!

To Participate in the Finale and Footlong campaign I’m asking that fans…
1. Get the word out on this program. Lots of people want to help Chuck, but may not have the time or inclination to write letters, but the network will listen closer if we’re talking dollars.
2. Still, if you can…write letters to NBC & Universal telling them why you think Chuck is great (Ben Silverman is Co-Chairman of NBC and Angela Bromstad is with Primetime Programming). In that letter be sure to mention that you’re going to be supporting Subway, one of Chuck’s key sponsors by purchasing a $5 Footlong the evening of the finale and that you’re spreading the word to convince more fans to do the same…this is a way for non-Nielson fans to show their love of the show by directly supporting one of Chuck’s key advertisers.
3. Write a thank you letter to Subway, letting them know what the fans are trying to do here and thank them for their product placement spots on Chuck.
4. Convert as many new fans as you can before the finale…we need the numbers.
5. On April 27th be sure to BUY A $5 FOOTLONG from Subway and if possible, drop a note in the comment box at the franchise letting them know you’re participating in the Finale and Footlong campaign to save NBC’s Chuck, of which Subway is a product placement sponsor.
6. Watch the finale LIVE if possible.
If you do nothing else…do the last two items on the list.
Again…the intent is to let the network and their sponsor know that we’ve received their message. This is something a Nielson box can’t do…this is a translation of fan loyalty into real dollars that NBC & Subway can measure. Thanks for listening.

I’ve been a Chuck fan since season one, and hooked my hubby on it this year, too. I did the “Finale and Footlong” campaign and the Have a Heart campaign to the AHA, sending my donation in in Chuck’s “name” and giving the main address as Ben Silverman’s. I don’t know what else we fans can do but we’re with you in spirit! If we can’t have our Chuck, we’ll certainly be looking for Zach in whatever he goes on to do. But here’s hoping the best show on TV will come back in the fall of 09.
Favorite show of all time. Absolutely love the characters and I think the cast is “awesome”. I don’t hardly watch anything on TV, but on rare occassion I get to sit and watch Chuck on the night it’s aired. Unfortunately, I have to watch it most of the time via internet. If NBC doesn’t pick you up for another season I hope someone is smart enough to pick up the show. All the fans need to go out and buy a lotto ticket, maybe one of us can fund production. Seriously to the creators, you have the best show on TV just listen to your fans. I don’t care what the ratings say, it’s all about having a convenient time to watch. Find a way to keep doing what you do.
omg i live in new zealand and i evan done this. This show has fans all over the world why would you want to cancel this show!!!!!!! i am gonna be sooo mad if you dont have a 3rd season! come on nbc do the right thing

Hi Alex from Canada, i saw chuck on french tv and even translated i was amazed so i decided to watch it in english and i can say that it’s really a wonderful show and a wonderful cast.
Don’t forget that good show even if not rated that high on tv, if they have a very good rating like chuck do on the internet, there is a lot of ways to make money out of it.
TV channel all over the world will buy the show and also, DVD will be rent and sold very well. Also, you could just have the first season show downloadable in good quality for a small cost of like 5-10$ and with all those good rating and review, i’m sure you will be surprised how it can go well.
I guess the best campaign for the show would be to urge all the fan to go in all review site and rating site and give chuck the best reviews and rating possible.
Never forget the power of reviews and ratings, if you can get a show up to 92/100 or more on the internet, how can somebody who already watch a show rated that high not watch this show if it’s on equal footing in the reviews.

When i sayed not rated that high, i wanted to say not a lot of viewer. The show is rated as excellent actually, sorry for the possible misinterpretation

Please make season 3, at the end of season 2 Chuck was turning into a real spy with an even advances intersect in his head… he is like a machine now, can load programs and skills to himself… i want season 3…

Thanks for this post one of the best ways to clean window blinds that I have discovered is to put them in the bathtub! I put warm/hot water and detergent such as mr clean. Make use of a cloth or soft brush wash them down then hang them outside in the sun to dry. If you have a deck with railing, drape them over, or just lay them down beyond.
