This promo was posted as being from episode 13, but in another channel it’s labeled as ‘2nd half of season 2 preview’.
I think the second is more appropriate, cause it’s not only for ‘the best friend’ indeed.
The scene you said might be this one, it’s their “wedding” poster on the wall actually. LOL

Also, regarding Sarah slapping Chuck, I can’t ever see her actually hurting Chuck physically. I think, because he’s in his undershirt, he must have come back from being at that other woman’s house (handcuffed, might I add) so obviously, Sarah has to protect their cover -what else would a wife do to her husband if she pretty much caught him cheating?!
